With effect from 01 April 2011, Thames Water is changing the way in which it helps customers who are unable to pay their bills.  The new Thames Water Customer Assistance Fund will provide relief for customers in debt, whilst the Thames Water Trust Fund will continue to provide organisational grants and customer assistance for non water debt in exceptional circumstances.

The change is to provide closer links between Thames Water’s billing team and ourselves; Auriga Services Limited, who will continue to administer both funds.
