Good news – the Thames Water Trust Fund is back open and accepting referrals from all Advice Agencies in the Thames Water area.
If you are a Thames Water customer, please get into contact with your local advice agency who will be able to complete an application on your behalf for support.
Please be aware: we cannot accept individual applications at this time – all applications must be referred from an agency.
What can the Trust Fund do?
Support from the Trust Fund includes:
- Debt advice
- Income maximisation service
- Purchase of white goods and/or beds
- Food and fuel vouchers
- Payment of Debt Relief Orders
- Payment of Bankruptcy fees
- Contribution to funeral costs
- Plumbing repairs
