Welcome to Thames Water Trust Fund, an independent grant making trust established in late 2008.

Thanks to generous donations by Thames Water, the Trust, a registered charity, is able to provide grants to help people facing hardship and experiencing difficulty in meeting their water charges.

To ensure the money goes where it is most needed, a board of independent Trustees decide on policy and monitor and control grant-making.  Behind the scenes and on behalf of the Trustees, day-to-day management and administration is carried out by Auriga Services Ltd who use their extensive expertise to administer other Trusts and keep costs down by sharing overheads.

Who can apply?

People who live in the Thames Water area and who are unable to meet the cost of their water/waste water charges can apply for help- If you would like to apply please click on 'Application Form'.
