Important Update to the Thames Water Trust Fund application process

Good news – the Thames Water Trust Fund is back open and accepting referrals from all  Advice Agencies in the Thames Water area.

If you are a Thames Water customer, please get into contact with your local advice agency who will be able to complete an application on your behalf for support.

Please be aware: we cannot accept individual applications at this time – all applications must be referred from an agency.

What can the Trust Fund do?

Support from the Trust Fund includes:

• Debt advice
• Income maximisation service
• Purchase of white goods and/or beds
• Food and fuel vouchers
• Payment of Debt Relief Orders
• Payment of Bankruptcy fees
• Contribution to funeral costs
• Plumbing repairs
